Job Description
Required Education or Licence
• Bachelors degree and licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois
• May also consider an LPN with strong Occupational Health experience (RN preferred)

• Medical Surveillance

• Medical Surveillance – Certifications or experience in:
o Audiometric testing
o Eye testing
o Physicals
o Blood work
o Respirator fit testing
• Case Management experience
• Coaching & General Wellness – ability to provide employee health education
• Soft Skills – strong communication, interpersonal, and professional judgment
• Computer Skills – proficiency with Microsoft Office; Benchmark (Medcare) preferred
• Ability to work 100% onsite in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel between buildings at the Round Lake facility
• Local candidates preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Implement and manage an effective occupational health program at the facility level
• Act as a business partner to maximize productivity and reduce health-related costs
• Provide immediate care for illness or injury to employees or others who become ill/injured at the facility
• Perform health surveillance and maintain medical surveillance compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance with legal, labor, and Corporate requirements
• Conduct case management for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Deliver health promotion and wellness initiatives
• Provide general health education and coaching to employees
• Interface with onsite EHS team, EHS Associate Director, and Global Occupational Nurse
• Support manufacturing areas including Non-Ceph, Ceph, Penicillin, and other assigned zones - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
