Required Skills and Education:

• High school education / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Managed Care environment – IPA, Physician Office, Hospital Administrative, or other Health Care related industry.

• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

Data Entry and QA into Contract CDM systems.

• Applicant must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Teams and Outlook.

• Ability to download documents from a Shared Drive and upload them into a target system.

• Proficient in navigating through multiple shared drives and identifying specific files to be uploaded.

• Detail-oriented to be able to identify the correct document with basic training and be able to apply basic information across varying circumstances.



Preferred Skills and Education:

• Provider Relations or Claims experience preferred.



Primary Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for providing general administrative and operations support for the Network Contract Operations and Contracting function.

• This includes installation and administration of assigned contracts, researching and resolving request structure issues, and collection/preparation of required materials such as contract document pages, internal and external communications.

• Position is responsible for overall contract loading into various databases and/or source systems using multiple resources, including email and direct system access.

• May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

• You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in pursuing.





Duties:

• Assist Team in daily loading of Contract Documents into Salesforce systems and special projects as necessary - using departmental tools (Smartsheet and/or Salesforce) to ensure that work is accurate and complete.

• Work is frequently completed without established procedures.

• Works independently.

• May coordinate others’ activities.
