Job Description
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred (not required if experience is met).

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience is a strict requirement.
• Must reside locally or be willing to relocate immediately at their own expense.
• Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation (approx. 1 week every 8 weeks).

Top Skills:
• WLAN implementation and support (Cisco AireOS, 9800 series).
• TCP/IP fundamentals, IP subnetting, and QoS.
• LAN operations with Cisco switches (OSPF, VLANs, Trunking).
• Physical layer knowledge (Copper and Fiber cabling).

Job Duties:
• As a WLAN Analyst, you will support wireless network solutions across all regional locations.
• You will be responsible for identifying and resolving WLAN issues, implementing new designs, and performing hardware/software maintenance on the wireless infrastructure.
• This role involves working directly with vendors and business partners to integrate infrastructure components and participating in integrated testing/user acceptance.
