Job Description

Preferred Certifications:
• Certifications such as AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or Azure Network Engineer Associate

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 8 years – Extensive experience in network architecture across AWS and on-premises environments.
• 8 years – Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), network segmentation, and firewall technologies.
• 8 years – Hands-on experience with hybrid connectivity solutions (VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway).
• 8 years – Expertise in network security principles, including encryption, identity, and compliance frameworks.
• 8 years – Proficiency in high availability design, load balancing, and failover strategies.
• 8 years – Familiarity with network automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD integration for infrastructure.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 8 years – Experience with multi-cloud networking (Azure, GCP) and cloud-native networking services.
• 8 years – Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and advanced security models.
• 8 years –Exposure to SD-WAN technologies and network observability tools (NetFlow, CloudWatch, Prometheus).
• 8 years –Understanding of cost optimization strategies for cloud networking.

Summary:
• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures to support cloud transformation initiatives for the TEDS project.
• Drive hybrid networking strategies to ensure seamless integration between on-premises environments and cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure, high-performance connectivity and governance.

Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity patterns integrating on-prem data center networks with AWS services.
• Design secure, high-performance network architectures that meet compliance, governance, and business continuity requirements.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to enable seamless migrations and optimize network operations.
• Establish network governance standards and best practices to support long-term growth and evolving enterprise needs.
• Ensure routing, segmentation, and security policies align with enterprise architecture principles.
• Drive high availability and disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical workloads.
