• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Experience creating executive-level presentations, briefing documents, and leadership communications

Chief of Staff Program Manager – Retail Operations Overview:

• The Chief of Staff Program/Project Manager is responsible for managing key business processes, timelines, and deliverables that support executive leadership within a large retail merchandising organization

• This role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple business units, ensuring projects remain aligned, organized, and on schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of retail merchandising, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to develop executive-ready presentations and communications

• This position requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to navigate competing priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams



Job Duties:

• Manage key workflows, timelines, and deliverables for the Chief of Staff organization

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines

• Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing documents, and talking points

• Support strategic initiatives and special projects for executive leadership

• Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks or delays

• Improve operational efficiency and communication across business partners

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive project execution

• Analyze business needs and recommend process improvements
