Job Description
***Schedule: 32 hours per week, Friday through Sunday, and either Tuesday or Thursday***

Required Education/Experience:
• High school diploma

Required Qualifications:
• Candidates must have merchandising experience from high-turnover retailers
• This role is about merchandising home accessories (stocking, visual displays, and inventory flow), not selling furniture or appliances

Responsibilities:
• Merchandising & Recovery: Flexing and fronting shelves, condensing pallets, and conducting "go-back" sweeps.
• Floor Maintenance: Removing cardboard, clearing damaged goods, and sorting abandoned merchandise.
• Operational Support: Keeping the floor clean, tidy, and fully stocked in collaboration with shopkeepers.

Additional Details:
• Dress code: Neat, clean, professional. No logos or graphics. Comfortable closed toe shoes
