The Client Collectibles team is at the forefront of the fastest-growing vertical on the platform, dedicated to being the world’s most trusted and vibrant marketplace for collectors. We cover a massive range of passion-driven

categories, including Trading Cards, Sports Memorabilia, Coins & Currency, Comics, Toys, and more. We are a data-driven, fast-paced, and customer-obsessed team focused on enhancing the buyer and seller experience, ensuring authenticity, and driving market leadership.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Site Merchandising to own the strategy, execution, and performance of the Collectibles shopping experience across Client US platform. This role is a critical intersection between business strategy, customer experience, and marketing. You will be directly responsible for leveraging site features, promotional real estate, and taxonomy to maximize conversion, drive category growth, and elevate the collector journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the end-to-end site merchandising strategy for the US Collectibles vertical, including homepage placements, category pages, landing pages, and search result optimization.

• Performance & Growth: Own key site merchandising KPIs, including conversion rate, page traffic, dwell time, and promotional uplift. Use data analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, and Category Managers to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Influence the product roadmap to secure and develop new merchandising capabilities.

• Promotional Planning: Lead the creation and execution of high-impact promotional events (e.g., collector drops, seasonal sales) from concept to post-mortem analysis, working with design and copy teams.

• Site Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation on merchandising placements, visual assets, and content to continuously improve site performance and relevance for different collector segments.

• Audience Segmentation: Leverage customer data and segmentation tools to personalize the site experience, ensuring the right inventory is surfaced to the right collector at the right time.

• Inventory & Taxonomy Management: Work with Category Managers to ensure the collectibility and authenticity of featured inventory, and optimize site taxonomy for improved discoverability.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce merchandising, site marketing, or category management, preferably within a large-scale online marketplace or enthusiast/collectibles-focused retailer.

• 2+ years of direct people management experience, or experience leading highly complex, cross-functional projects.

• Demonstrated experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to analyze site performance, draw actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including conversion optimization, customer journeys, and the role of taxonomy/site navigation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

• A deep passion for or knowledge of the Collectibles market (e.g., Trading Cards, Comics, Sports Memorabilia) is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Experience in a heavily matrixed, global organization.

• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and experimentation design.
  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
