About the Role
The Manager, Global Paid Media will be the central coordination point for paid media across Canada, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. US planning is handled separately, but this person will work hand in hand with the US team so that plans stay consistent across every market. Working closely with regional marketing teams, media agencies and Finance, they will track spend against plan, keep stakeholders aligned across markets and time zones, and pull together the materials leadership needs to see the full picture. It's a great fit for a highly organized paid media professional who thrives on keeping complex, global work running smoothly.

Responsibilities
• Track paid media spend against approved plans across Canada, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, flagging variances and pacing risks to the Global Paid Media lead.
• Serve as the day-to-day link between regional marketing teams and media agencies, gathering media plans, flowcharts and campaign status so everyone works from the same information.
• Partner with the US paid media team to keep international plans aligned with US plans, so approaches, timelines and documentation stay consistent across markets.
• Partner with Finance to keep spend tracking aligned with financial records and help resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Collate inputs from regional teams and agencies into leadership decks covering investment, spend status and campaign highlights.
• Use Claude to streamline everyday work, such as summarizing regional updates, organizing data and drafting deck content.
• Maintain central trackers, timelines and documentation in Airtable for international paid media, and capture best practices that outlast the contract.
• Coordinate across time zones to keep global and regional stakeholders informed and aligned.
