Required Education
• A Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in media, ad operations, or a related coordination role
Required Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly across specs, deadlines, and asset versions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A data-driven mindset — comfortable pulling and organizing reporting
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests across multiple partners and time zones without dropping details
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and flag issues early
Preferred Qualifications:
• Interest in the entertainment industry is nice to have, but not required
• Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce
• Exposure to international or multi-region marketing operations
• Passion and enthusiasm for entertainment content
• Prior experience or familiarity with OTT platform planning
Required Technical Skills:
• MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• MS PowerPoint
Preferred Technical Skills:
• Experience with project management or trafficking tools like JIRA, Airtable, or a DAM system
Responsibilities:
• They will support senior managers in completing coordinator-level tasks, helping them manage daily communications, file and document tracking, and campaign support for various shows/movies/sports.
• They will help with meeting management, pulling data and completing data evaluation where needed.
• Excel/Google Sheets – setting up templates for reporting, updating trackers monthly and quarterly and as per campaign updates, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas.
• Presentations with PowerPoint/Slides – will support preparation for presentations at a basic level
• Own day-to-day creative asset request and trafficking process across multiple media partners (social, search, affiliate, OTT, etc.), including intake, spec-matching, and delivery confirmation
• Maintain and update the internal spec database across partners, flagging changes and gaps
• Support execution of on-device paid media campaigns across service-sell, originals, movies, and sports initiatives
• Assist in building and maintaining on-device media plans across partners
• Support the monthly budget reconciliation process for on-device media campaigns
• Track asset requests and campaign trafficking status across a growing partner and regional footprint, escalating delays or gaps to the Senior Manager - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
