SUMMARY
This is a position that provides advanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Associate's Degree or 2-year trade/military school – Preferred
• Ideal experience between 3-5 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Must display mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and work hard.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in following safety protocols within a lab environment.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Quick learner able to multi-task with different projects.
• Packaging systems and components for domestic and international shipping.
• Develop creative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional staff including engineers and other technicians.
• Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary
