Required Education
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (required)
• Experience: 1–2+ years (internships count toward experience)
• New Graduates: Accepted
Disqualifiers:
o No bachelor’s degree
o Master’s degree (considered overqualified)
Required Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience
• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports

Research and investigate the design, functionality, and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes. Ability to make engineering drawings and interpret blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines, and other mechanical devices
• Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine time and cost feasibility for project completion
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendations to maintenance crew
• Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment, or software
• Engine modeling
• Parts ordering
• Bill of Material (BOM) management
• Work environment: 80% office / 20% shop floor
• Supports NPI engineering leads; interacts with L4 and L3 team members - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
