Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Required Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in performance development of IC engines
• 1+ years of experience in the simulation/modeling/analysis of IC engine systems and/or sub-systems
• Strong understanding of engine fundamentals and spark ignited combustion
• Methodical and data driven approach to problem solving
• Ability to work well with others and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• GT power modeling experience is desired
• Ability to work on several projects at a time
Job Duties:
• Engine performance requirements development
• Engine performance calibration, mapping, and validation
• Reporting at Design reviews, and project status reports to Leadership.
• Support of product validation in a test cell and/or field environment
• Engine System modeling
• Engine System analysis
