Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience required
Qualifications:
• Experience working with power generation and/or power distribution systems.
• Should have hands-on experience on VISMOCKUP tool.
• Should have hands-on experience on Creo tool.
• Should have experience in Virtual Validation, Virtual Audits, and reviews, VDRA for Pricelist is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Plant and Manufacturing Process is an added advantage.
• Must have hands-on experience with tools HVC, EDS, and Team Center.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good work experience in Virtual auditing, Virtual manufacturing, as an added advantage
• Presentation skills to interact with onsite engineers.
Job Duties:
• The Mechanical Engineer will support the global large generator sets price lists and factory support.
• Virtual Design Review Audit (VDRA) responses, both L5 and L3 issues
• EHD updates, including Pricing Arrangements (PACN), print changes, order audits, and order updates.
• Product Support inquiries – model issues, TMI package data, BoM, or configuration issues.
• Technical Construction File (TCF) updates for marine & Gas products
• Ensure accurate BoMs for all managed pricelists by maintaining EHDs up to date.
• Create new pricing arrangements and update existing as necessary, ensuring pricelists drive accurate material lists on orders.
• Work with marketing and product definition teams on pricelist updates and help route PLCNs as necessary - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
