Job Description
Required Education & Experience
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience (required).
• Internships: Do not count toward the required years of experience.
Required Skills
1. Capacity Planning & Management – Knowledge of tools and practices for determining production demand and managing resources to meet service levels.
2. Project Management – Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization to achieve objectives.
3. Lean Manufacturing – Knowledge of lean principles and the ability to integrate them into existing production and management processes.
Additional Technical Skills (Required):
• Power Apps (for workflow automation)
• Data analytics (with focus on actionable insights)
• Working knowledge of AI tools
• MODAPTS certification
• CAD software proficiency
• Leadership/team guidance experience (informal leadership)

Job Responsibilities
• Study time, motion, methods, and speed to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency.
• Review worker logs, processing sheets, and specifications to verify quality assurance compliance.
• Review and approve work assignments based on performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.
• Create charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.
• Evaluate data and reports to validate performance or identify deviations from standards.
• Recommend modifications to quality/production standards and methods of operation to increase production or improve standards.
• Design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end material and process flows across the manufacturing value stream.
• Drive throughput improvements by reducing WIP, minimizing lead time, and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Lead value stream mapping initiatives and implement future-state flow improvements.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (throughput, on-time delivery, lead time, capacity utilization).
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including production KPI digitization and integration of autonomous robotics.
• Develop and optimize staffing models, labor utilization, and workforce planning aligned to production demand.
• Lead Lean/continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving (A3, DMAIC).
• Partner with production, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to align materials, staffing, and execution with operational priorities.
