Required Education and Experience
• Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (specifically BSEE or BSEET).
• Required Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience.
o Associate’s degree + 12 years of experience.
o Master’s degree + 6 years of experience.
• Note: Internships do not count toward professional job experience.

Required Technical Skills:
• 480V and 208/120V AC power system design
• Power distribution
• DC system designs

Design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, or scientific use. Create engineering drawings and interpret blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the design, development, and testing of electrical equipment (machinery controls, wiring, lighting).
• Review and approve cost-effectiveness, reliability, and safety of design models.
• Discuss time and cost estimates for projects with clients.
• Supervise simulation/testing of system operation and monitor product quality.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure conformance to design and safety standards.
• Perform Creo designing, detailing, and releasing of full standby power solutions through all project phases (concept, detailed design, release, purchasing support, build support, commissioning).
• Interact daily with local and international team members.
• Report project status weekly to electrical leads.
• Work in an office environment with a dedicated desk, surrounded by electrical/mechanical/project engineering teams.
• Occasionally go to the shop floor (requiring steel-toe shoes and PPE) to investigate.
Team & Work Context:
• Supports engineering project leads and electrical team leads to develop subsystem and component designs.
• Team of 7 (4 local, 3 remote/international).
• Fast-paced environment with challenging designs and timelines, offering exposure to higher-level management.
