Job Title: Materials Planning Analyst II
Location: Lake Forest, California 92630
Duration: 24 Months



Description:
• We are seeking a global repair production planner to join our organization. The global repair production planner will be responsible for ensuring that repair processes are effectively planned and scheduled, and that materials and resources are available to meet production targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning in a repair environment, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
• Analyzing customer demand and repair capacity to create and maintain production schedules that meet customer requirements.
• Working closely with the repair and planning team to ensure that materials and resources are available when needed to meet production schedules.
• Collaborating with planners and/or suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to quality, cost, or delivery.
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that adequate levels of materials are maintained without excess inventory.
• Working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and quality assurance, to ensure that production schedules are aligned with business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and working with the production team to implement changes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date production data in the ERP system and other planning tools.
• Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers, planners, repair team, and management, to ensure that everyone is aware of production schedules, changes, and issues
• Understand BOMs and routers and be able to read, interpret and understand technical documents such as assembly drawings, work instructions, and procedures
• Have experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and able to coordinate the introduction of new products into the repair process.

• Advanced Excel and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
