Job Description
Required Education/Experience:
• High school diploma
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, materials coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Technical Skills:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems such as Oracle, Ariba, S360, SAP, or similar.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience, including data analysis and reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
• Experience managing purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory control, material planning, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain purchase orders and procurement records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve material shortages and delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy through tracking and reporting.
• Manage supplier communications via email, chat, and phone.
• Process material transfers and procurement transactions while maintaining data accuracy.
• Generate reports and analyze procurement and inventory data using Excel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability.
