• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize procedural deviations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Overview (Quality Materials Handler)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Materials Handler III to support our Quality Management System within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence across distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control audits to ensure procedural compliance

• Verify daily picking activities for accuracy and adherence to standards

• Report service and operational issues in daily Tier meetings

• Analyze trends and identify recurring service concerns

• Provide real-time feedback and corrective guidance to prevent escalation

• Remove damaged or non-conforming products from pick locations

• Conduct spot-checks inspections of production and warehouse operations

• Support internal audit activities

• Assist with document control, record retention, and sample retention programs as needed
