Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma
Required Experience/Skills:
• Experience with painting and powder coating operations in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to properly prepare components, sub-assemblies, and related parts for production processes
• Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet specifications and production requirements
Powder Coater Job Duties:
• Perform painting and powder coating operations on components and sub-assemblies
• Prepare materials and parts according to production and quality specifications
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines during production activities
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality and quantity standards
• Support manufacturing operations to contribute to the completion of various products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
• Communicate production issues or quality concerns to supervisors or team members
