Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
• Hands-on warehouse/material handling experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
• Proven ownership of receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment activities across a high-volume warehouse operation.
• Experience accurately tracking incoming/outgoing materials, maintaining inventory records, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Experience operating motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment.
Warehouse Associate - Material Handling & Inventory:
• Under limited supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
• Provides information for recording movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies.
• May operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Accounts for all materials and supplies in the store's facilities; audits goods received into warehouse.
• Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
