Job Description
Required education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required



Required experience/skills:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or materials management experience

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures

• Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions

• Experience auditing inventory and verifying incoming shipments

• Understanding of shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution processes

• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare warehouse-related reports

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently within established guidelines and procedures

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work routines in a warehouse environment



Job duties:

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including the processing, storage, packaging, and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment

• Maintain accountability for all inventory and materials stored within warehouse facilities

• Audit and verify incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy

• Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures

• Prepare and manage shipping and receiving schedules to ensure efficient material flow

• Monitor warehouse space utilization and maintain organized storage areas

• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse operating standards

• Support the maintenance, protection, and proper use of warehouse facilities and equipment

• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities as required

• Promote safe and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and accuracy
