Required Skills:

• You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with a content management system (CMS)

• You have strong command of HTML and CSS, comfortable troubleshooting issues and upholding CMS best practices independently (3-5+ years)

• You have direct hands-on experience setting up, launching, and managing A/B tests, including traffic distribution across page variants

• You have experience with project management systems (primarily Jira) in a fast-paced, agile environment

• You have a solid understanding of SEO, and ideally some familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), along with a proven interest in applying AI and automation tools to improve digital production workflows

• You bring a track record of working cross-functionally, acting as a translator between technical and non-technical teammates, and breaking complex projects down into tactical steps to see them through to launch



Preferred Skills:

• Deep, hands-on experience with Contentful CMS, including a knack for spotting repetitive tasks and automating them where possible (2-3+ years)

• You have hands-on experience with Optimizely WebEx · You can work independently to produce high-quality content at volume, while confidently managing multiple, competing priorities

• Curious and proactive about learning new tools, including AI and automation platforms, and sharing that knowledge to support the broader digital producer team

• You pride yourself on strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills



Job Details:

We're looking for an experienced Web Producer to help drive our web production practice forward. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and seasoned technical contributor with a proven track record of managing content through an enterprise web environment, from planning through launch. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, SEO, and marketing partners to plan, build, and deliver high-quality digital experiences across mailchimp.com, continually identifying opportunities to apply automation and AI tools that help the team work smarter and faster.



Duties:

• Drive campaign and channel-focused digital marketing projects from planning through execution

• Own content production in our CMS, including QA, page building, localization, and ongoing maintenance

• Maintain deep fluency in our tech stack, focusing on the Contentful CMS and other tools and integrations, troubleshooting HTML/CSS issues as they arise

• Identify and champion opportunities to use AI tools and automation within the CMS and production workflows to reduce repetitive manual work and increase efficiency

• Lead day-to-day project management and execution for digital projects and initiatives, partnering with multiple teams and stakeholders, including SEO, design, engineering, copywriting, product marketing, marketing project management, and other digital producers.

• Own quality assurance for digital production, facilitating peer reviews, validating content accuracy, and managing A/B testing configurations to support experimentation efforts

• Lead and contribute to meetings needed for digital project planning and execution

• Take part in team meetings discussing upcoming and current projects, proactively flagging risks early

• Track digital production progress via Jira to ensure project success, escalating blockers before they impact timelines
