Job Description
REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–6 years of marketing, marketing communications, or marketing project management experience.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong copywriting and editing abilities.

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Agricultural or AgTech industry experience.

• Product marketing or portfolio marketing experience.

• Experience supporting field sales organizations.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and event planning.

• Experience using Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management software.



SUMMARY

Seeking a Mid-Level Marketing Specialist supporting innovative marketing initiatives that help bring cutting-edge agricultural solutions to customers. In this hybrid role (3 days a week in office), you'll manage marketing projects from concept to completion while working alongside product managers, sales teams, creative partners, and marketing leadership.



This position is ideal for a collaborative marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy, creative development, and project execution in a fast-paced environment.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives from planning through execution.

• Develop project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, presentations, one-pagers, guides, and sales collateral.

• Write and edit marketing copy that aligns with brand standards and business objectives.

• Partner with internal creative teams and outside agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to support content creation and marketing communications.

• Collaborate with product managers, field sales, agronomists, and cross-functional teams.

• Support trade shows, customer engagement initiatives, and sales enablement efforts.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Recommend process improvements that enhance project delivery and marketing operations.
