Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience



Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of experience across automotive sales, service, parts, research, or marketing



Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with process management methodologies such as PDCA, SWOT, or similar



Overview

We are seeking an experienced automotive marketing professional to lead and optimize large-scale service and customer engagement programs. This role owns strategy, execution, performance analysis, and dealer communication for high-visibility initiatives that drive long-term customer retention and service loyalty.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Service Reminder Program, including strategy, creative development, vendor oversight, campaign setup, data logic, performance tracking, and dealer communications

• Manage and optimize a multimillion-dollar annual program budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and dealer capacity

• Drive the development and execution of Loyalty Program marketing initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and service retention

• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations

• Present program updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership

• Partner with field teams, regional leadership, and dealer communications to support program adoption and consistent brand execution
