• 5+ year’s experience in brand management, franchise management/marketing or licensing
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Strong PowerPoint skills (presentation and slide creation), MS office including Word, Excel
• Self-starter, dependable, proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal skills

Overview:
The Brand Management and Marketing team leads the development of global strategic, long-range property and marketing plans to support the key properties and franchises within the Global Products and Experiences Division at Paramount. The team also serves as the central point of coordination across all franchises for Products and Experiences, aggregating insight, collaborating with partners an ensuring alignment across teams and key initiatives.
The Brand Management consultant will be responsible for development of templates for one-sheets, go-to-market plans and brand plans, development of process and timelines for key milestone materials, coordination of review and approvals of marketing materials, development of pitch materials for milestone meetings with licensees and retailers, maintenance of brand calendars, and collaboration with retail and licensing teams to support the sell-in process.
Job Duties
• Development of templates for one-sheets, go-to-market plans and brand plans
• Development of process and timelines for key milestone materials
• Coordinate review and approvals of marketing materials
• Develop pitch materials for milestone meetings with licensees and retailers
• Maintain brand calendars
• Collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support the sell-in process
