Job Description

Qualifications:
• Degree in journalism, writing, English, marketing, advertising (copywriting), or similar.
• Interest in B2B marketing, particularly within the AdTech or app developer space.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive, audience-driven narratives and marketing presentations.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Keynote proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you’ll collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace, effectively prioritizing and progressing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback to help inform content strategies.
• Develop compelling B2B marketing content that aligns with business goals, advertiser needs, and product offerings.
• Ensure content is of the highest quality, clear, accurate, and consistent across channels.
• Manage and maintain an online content library, ensuring accuracy and intuitive organization.
• Support weekly team reporting (detailing project statuses) and maintain a central hub for team communications.

Role Summary:
The Worldwide Commercial Marketing team within Client Ads is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our rapidly expanding business.
This role is ideal for a recent college graduate ready to make an impact, who has a degree in journalism, writing, English, marketing, advertising (copywriting), or similar.
You'll craft compelling sales enablement content (presentations, leave-behinds, emails, etc.) showcasing the power of our advertising solutions.
In addition, you’ll manage an online content library, ensuring sales materials remain relevant and up-to-date. Reporting to the team’s Operations and Communications Manager, you'll also support team communications, operational processes, and weekly reporting.
This role offers the opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting a globally distributed team, hone your communication skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
