• Advanced spreadsheet skills (formula-driven trackers, pivot tables, dashboards) & comfort with AI tooling.

Job Overview:

• The main function of marketing manager is to run marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing marketing staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Marketing manager / GTM program operations specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience supporting product marketing or program management teams in a technology or enterprise software environment. This role provides operational execution support for a temporary, defined-scope partner pilot program running through Q2 2027. The role does not set strategy or own positioning. It maintains the operating cadence behind it.

Compliance Requirements

• Must complete standard confidentiality and data handling onboarding before accessing any program materials.

• Work involves pre-launch, unannounced product information and named external partner names under NDA.

• Strict confidentiality is required and no external sharing or personal storage of program materials is permitted.

• No access to advertiser, business, or end-user personal data is required or granted for this role.

• All work is conducted in internal systems only. Any partner-facing material produced must route through the standard internal review path before it leaves the company.

• The contingent worker does not have sign-off authority on external communications.

Skillsets/Qualifications:

• Helpful, not required: Experience supporting a business messaging, communications platform, CPaaS, or conversational AI product. Familiarity with enterprise partner or pilot programs, including onboarding sequences, pilot status reporting, and issue triage. Prior work in a product marketing, GTM, or launch operations function at a large technology company. Advanced spreadsheet skills, including formula-driven trackers, pivot tables, and dashboard summaries. Comfort with AI tooling to accelerate summarization, first-draft production, and data

cleanup. Strong written English, US conventions, and the ability to write a clear status update without a template.

Role purpose

• Provide operational execution support to a product marketing lead running a multi-partner enterprise pilot program. The role exists to absorb the recurring operational load (trackers, status reporting, session logistics, asset production) so strategy and partner-facing ownership stay with the full-time employee.

Scope of work

• Maintain the program execution and pilot status trackers as the single source of truth. Weekly hygiene pass, chase missing inputs, flag slipped dates.

• Assemble the recurring bi-weekly program status update from tracker data, open issues, and partner activity.

• Deliver a formatted draft to the assignment manager on a fixed cadence.

• Coordinate partner working sessions and immersions. Scheduling, agenda assembly, materials prep, live note capture, and a same-day summary draft.

• Produce and maintain program documentation and enablement assets from provided outlines. Own formatting, version control, and file hygiene.

• Track open issues and questions to resolution, routing each to the correct internal owner and escalating anything blocked for more than five business days.
  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
