Job Description
Required Education:
• BA/BS degree required
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing required
• Proven track record in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and personalized campaigns using advanced analytics, AI/ML models, recommendation engines, and sales technologies for SaaS products
• Broad expertise in CRM marketing channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-product ads) with hands-on proficiency in one or more channels
• Adept at delivering AI-driven solutions using techniques like propensity models, AI/ML, and generative AI for impactful marketing applications
• Experience with tools and platforms, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and visual collaboration tools such as Miro or Mural
• Data analysis and reporting using dashboards like Tableau and Amplitude
• Project management expertise with tools like Quickbase, Workfront, Asana, or Jira
• Proficiency in creative design tools such as Figma or Canva for prototyping and design development
• Strong skills in prioritization, organization, collaboration, and communication to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Job Summary:
• The Ecosystem Lifecycle Marketing Team seeks an experienced marketer to develop extraordinary campaigns that boost adoption and active use of our business
• Using customer data, insights, and marketing automation tools, this role focuses on creating and executing campaigns to engage, retain, and delight our Small Business customers throughout their lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product marketing, go-to-market teams, analytics, and finance to assess business problems within segments, audiences, and cohorts, identifying strategies to drive measurable impact
• Create and execute advanced lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, in-product messaging, and landing pages using segmentation tactics like cohort age, behavioral scoring, product engagement, and AI/ML-informed intent signals
• Apply predictive models and insights to improve customer experience and retention
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance trial conversion, retention, upgrades, platform adoption, pricing discounts, and more
• Leverage gamification best practices to drive product adoption, develop customer habit loops, and increase engagement across lifecycle stages
• Build comprehensive schedules—from project kickoff to campaign deployment and results tracking—while managing stakeholder expectations and effectively communicating timelines
• Partner across product marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, creative, and legal teams to drive initiatives that optimize the end-to-end customer experience, without direct reports
• Establish measurable success metrics, including revenue impact, ROI, retention rates, and customer growth
• Recommend A/B test plans to assess growth strategies, onboarding effectiveness, retention improvement, and trial conversion optimization, and analyze results with analytics teams
• Write creative briefs, collaborate with designers and developers to deliver creative assets, and secure legal approval for marketing materials
• Work with Marketing Operations to ensure strategies are documented and prepared for execution
• Team up with data science professionals to improve predictive models for onboarding, churn prediction, feature adoption, downgrade/upsell propensity, and attach rate optimization
• Use proprietary tools such as Eloqua and Braze to integrate AI/ML models for behavior-responsive customer journeys
• Independently manage complex projects, navigating ambiguous environments, developing processes, and adapting to shifting priorities
• Conduct hands-on tasks such as copywriting, journey mapping, and quality assurance for full-scale programmatic campaigns
