Job Description

***Only qualified Change Management Program Manager – Partner Programs candidates located near Atlanta, GA will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence***

Preferred Certification:
· Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred

Required Skills:
· 6+ years of experience in change management, program/project management, or GTM operations, ideally supporting large-scale organizational or system transitions
· Deep stakeholder management skills across GTM, product, legal, finance, and partner-facing teams (3-5+ years)
· Proven experience leading complex, multistakeholder program consolidations or migrations, ideally within partner, channel, or ecosystem programs
· Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated success facilitating and driving senior leadership forums (SteerCo, business reviews, decision forums)
· Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous, cross-functional information into clear, structured recommendations for executive audiences

Preferred Skills
· Experience with partner/channel programs, PRM systems, or B2B SaaS platform ecosystems (3-5+ years)
· M&A transition management experience (3-5+ years)

Duties:
Change Management Strategy & Execution
· Develop and lead the end-to-end change management plan for consolidating legacy partner programs into the Global Partner Program
· Define change impact assessments, readiness criteria, and adoption metrics for each migrating program
· Build and maintain a master transition roadmap, sequencing migrations to minimize partner and business disruption

Executive Governance & Leadership Forums
· Own the planning, agenda setting, and facilitation of SteerCo, business reviews and decision forum meetings tied to the Global Partner Program transition
· Prepare executive-ready materials that clearly frame decisions, risks, and tradeoffs for senior leadership
· Drive follow-through on executive decisions, ensuring action items are tracked and closed across workstreams

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
· Serve as the primary liaison between program teams, legacy program owners, GTM Finance, Legal, Tech, and partner-facing teams throughout the transition
· Partner with Marketing teams to design and deliver tailored communications for partners, sellers, and internal teams affected by program consolidation
· Partner with Engagement teams to build feedback loops to surface partner and stakeholder concerns early and route them to the right owners

Risk & Readiness Management
· Identify transition risks (partner attrition, revenue disruption, systems gaps) and build mitigation plans
· Partner with training, enablement, and support teams to ensure internal and partner-facing readiness ahead of each migration wave
· Track and report on migration health, adoption, and risk status to leadership

Program Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement
· Establish repeatable playbooks, templates, and governance processes to standardize future program migrations
· Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards tracking migration progress and program health
· Capture lessons learned and refine the change management approach across migration waves
