Job Summary:
Join the TurboTax Growth Strategy Team as a Growth Strategy and Product Marketing Manager, delivering growth with a focus on the full end to end customer journey from top of funnel to conversion for our Consumer Assisted offering, Expert Full Service. This is a highly collaborative role within the Assisted Growth Strategy team, responsible for supporting new growth opportunity identification and product marketing execution. You will work closely with partners across both our Assisted and Core strategy and marketing teams, Product Management, Customer Success, Research, Analytics, and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of strategic thinking and insight, strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and extensive growth/marketing strategy experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate GTM channel execution and support product marketing to drive expert-led marketing and top-of-funnel (TOF) opportunities that serve both acquisition and returning user re-engagement
• Drive the development and execution of growth strategies and end to end experiences for our Consumer Assisted Portfolio, with a focus on the returning user experience, onboarding, and lifecycle
• Utilize qualitative/quantitative research, customer insights, and A/B testing to influence product roadmaps and deploy data-driven growth strategies that deliver improved business outcomes
• Optimize existing Assisted customer journeys for top entry points, front doors, landing experiences, and customer navigation across our portfolio of Assisted and TTO offerings
• Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and data to unlock growth, influence product roadmaps, and ensure strategic rigor in decision-making
• Own the customer problem and collaborate with Research to build deep insights on Full Service customers
• Partner with Product & Customer Success to launch product features and expert-led experiences that boost acquisition, re-engagement, retention, and lifecycle conversion
• Utilize qualitative/quantitative consumer research and A/B testing to deploy new TOF growth strategies that deliver improved business outcomes
• Drive returning user messaging hierarchy, service messaging, product assets, and own season readiness
• Work with other Assisted Growth and PMM to ensure holistic appeal across in-person/virtual/hybrid tax prep and personal/business tax to translate growth strategies into actionable programs, messaging, hierarchy, navigation, and creative toolkits
• Independently manage strategic projects and resolve complex issues through cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with Analytics and PMM to evaluate strategy performance and recommend in-season and off season pivots to achieve short- and long-term growth targets
