Marketing Manager – Retail Experience Strategy Overview
• Leads execution and optimization of in-store marketing initiatives, pilot programs, and retail experiences across client locations
• Drives end-to-end delivery of campaigns, events, and store experience enhancements to improve customer engagement and business performance
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies
• Plays a key role in transforming retail environments into engaging, customer-centric destinations
• Ideal for professionals with strong retail marketing, project management, and stakeholder coordination experience
Job Duties
• Lead execution of in-store marketing campaigns, events, and pilot experiences
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
• Oversee signage production, prototyping, shipping, and in-store setup
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and performance expectations
• Develop and manage field communications for store teams
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Legal, Clinical, Finance, and Operations teams
• Monitor campaign performance and support post-launch optimization
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
