Job Description
Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment and customer segmentation
• A track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on, high-capacity doer, with excellent multitasking skills
• Proficiency with AI tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Preferred Skills:
• Paid marketing experience strongly preferred (3-5 years)
• Offline media buying or planning experience is a plus but not a requirement (3-5 years)
• Experience with digital/OLV channels is a plus but not a requirement (2+ years)
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus but not a requirement (2+ years)
Duties:
• Assist in scaling paid offline marketing programs for the performance marketing team, which may include digital
• Support the offline marketing lead with day-to-day operations and ad hoc projects
• Analyze and synthesize marketing data to communicate major findings to the broader marketing team
Job Details:
• We are seeking a creative and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join the Paid Marketing team, primarily supporting Offline Paid Marketing, including OTT, CTV, Linear, and Audio, with the opportunity also to support digital and Online Video (OLV) channels as needed
• As a member of the Paid Marketing team, you will play a supporting role in driving new member acquisition and revenue growth, working closely with our media agency partner and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns end-to-end. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative and collaborative team and make a meaningful contribution to the company's success
