Job Description
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Required Qualifications:
•7-10 years of related experience in marketing, channel marketing, retail marketing, program management, marketing communications or related disciplines
•Strong understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer market, including cultural insights, consumer behaviors, and factors that influence engagement and marketing effectiveness.
•Consumer banking, retail banking, lending, deposits, cards, wealth, or small business marketing experience.
•Experience working within a highly regulated environment requiring Risk, Legal, and Compliance reviews.
•In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Marketing discipline (e.g., Marketing P's, Marketing research, analytics, digital)
•Experience managing or leading projects or project work streams and operating as a lead
•Experience managing the development and execution of large marketing campaigns
•Leading creative development with agency and partner teams
•Project management skills in managing program execution.
•Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
•Strong MS Office suite skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities:
•Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) with the ability to support the development, review, and execution of Spanish-language marketing initiatives, communications, and customer-facing materials.
•Experience supporting retail branch networks, physical channel marketing, signage, merchandising, or customer experience programs.
•Experience managing agency partners, print production, signage vendors, or marketing fulfillment partners.
•Familiarity with Workfront, Aprimo, or similar workflow and project management tools.
•Experience leveraging customer insights, market research, and performance analytics to improve marketing effectiveness.
•MBA or master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
