Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.



Required Skills and Experience

• Prior agency experience required.

• 4+ years of recent digital marketing and email marketing experience.

• Experience managing creative marketing campaigns from concept through execution.

• Strong project management experience managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Advanced organizational and workflow management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

• Experience using Workfront.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Must be located in Minnesota and able to work onsite at least three days per week.



Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting a financial institution.

• Credit card marketing experience.

• Experience working with external marketing agencies.

• Knowledge of digital acquisition campaigns.

• Understanding of email marketing best practices and customer experience strategy.



Job Duties

• Lead day-to-day execution of multiple, often simultaneous, email and digital campaigns.

• Manage schedules, workflows, budgets, routing, and deliverables.

• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across major media channels.

• Maintain understanding of email best practices and digital marketing channels.

• Ensure creative work aligns with a consistent customer experience.

• Partner with strategy, portfolio, media, analytics, and external agencies.

• Serve as the operational hub to keep projects moving with accountability and clarity.

• Manage Workfront with high attention to detail and organization.

• Review and quality check creative assets prior to launch.



Typical Day

• Coordinate multiple email and digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

• Review creative assets for accuracy and quality.

• Update Workfront and monitor campaign progress.

• Track campaign budgets and schedules.

Job Description



The Creative Marketing Manager sits at the center of all digital credit card acquisition and email communications. This role ensures flawless, scalable execution of our marketing campaigns by connecting strategy, creative, and production into a cohesive, efficient workflow. You naturally enjoy putting all the pieces together—turning complex inputs into organized, actionable, high quality deliverables.

We are looking for a reliable, approachable execution team member who is confident managing end to end campaigns across multiple card products. This person will balance multiple email initiatives, creative assignments, and partner inputs while keeping teams aligned, informed, and moving forward.
