Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.



Required Skills:

• Three or more years of related experience in digital marketing

• Strong project and channel management experience with great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Thorough knowledge of interactive marketing and email channel including targeting, messaging, creative, subject lines, testing, CAN-SPAM, deliverability, and email performance metrics

• Hands-on knowledge of highly dynamic, data-driven email templates

• Strong Microsoft proficiency

• Attention to detail, strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.



Preferred Skills:

• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of HTML is a plus

• Financial or related industry understanding is a plus



Our client is seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager. The Email Campaign Manager will support the development and implementation of email programs and campaigns. This role will support the division’s bank, partner, and white label branded business. They will be responsible for executing campaigns, troubleshooting, and identifying efficiencies in the campaign process.



Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of consolidated and ad-hoc email campaigns from concept through launch.

• Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to align objectives, creative direction, and campaign goals.

• Manage creative-to-data mapping and deliver required assets to the email development team.

• Conduct preview and quality assurance (QA) reviews, collect stakeholder feedback, and clearly communicate updates and revisions to the build team.

• Review audit outputs as part of the QA process, gather required feedback, and manage approval workflows to ensure campaign readiness and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to industry best practices while managing timelines and milestones.

• Act as a subject matter expert for email best practices and performance optimization.

• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
