• Strong understanding of retail media, commerce media, digital advertising, adtech, media, or related industries

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

• Experience creating thought leadership and industry-focused content

• Ability to translate complex business and technology concepts into compelling content

• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Experience establishing KPIs and measuring content performance

• Ability to work in a matrixed organization

Senior Content Marketing Strategy Manager – Retail Media Overview

• Lead the content marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels

• Own editorial direction, content pillars, messaging frameworks, and content planning

• Manage content strategy supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement

• Create and manage annual and quarterly editorial calendars

• Translate consumer insights, product innovation, industry trends, and business priorities into compelling content

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop high-impact content programs

• Drive thought leadership initiatives through articles, executive content, newsletters, websites, social media, and earned media opportunities

• Establish content governance processes and publication workflows

• Track content performance, engagement metrics, and KPIs

• Identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning and industry presence

• Support strategic marketing initiatives through storytelling and content development

• Deliver actionable recommendations based on performance data and industry trends



Job Duties

• Develop and execute enterprise content marketing strategy
