Job Description
***Only qualified Marketing Support Coordinator - Print Production candidates located near Atlanta, GA, will be considered because the position requires an on-site presence. ***



Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• Must be highly organized and enjoy juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines

• Able to develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports

• Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

• Intermediate to expert level skills with Microsoft, Project Management tools (i.e. Workfront, QuickBase) or other tools.

• Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders

• Print Production background (ie familiarity with print processes, proofing, color checks)

• Highly accomplished in working with all functions of MS Outlook email client and MS Office.



Job Overview:

Support various segments of the Marketing department as it pertains to promotional materials.



Responsibilities:

• Support ad hoc collateral requests.

• Post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems.

• Work and follow up with project leads on issues and status. Must be diligent, proactive and work professionally with all personnel and contractors to reach a valid, timely and satisfactory conclusion. Must be able to substantiate work products.

• Participate in team meetings and then follow up with meeting tasks and to-do lists.

• Manage jobs from intake through fulfilment by validating each request against the grid, routing work to the appropriate vendors, reviewing proofs for accuracy and quality, and proactively managing timelines to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to the fulfillment house.

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate reprint orders and develop accurate print grids for inventory items, ensuring timely, efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders.

• Communicate and accurately convey information to all relevant stakeholders concisely and clearly.

• Assist Production and Marketers with inventory management and item end dates.
