Job Details:

• Client’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to delivering a portfolio of solutions that improve small businesses' success in the US

• by addressing their top needs — helping small businesses manage their books, get paid, pay bills, and access financing to run their business, resulting in industry-leading cash flow benefits

• These solutions help us address the statistic that 50% of small businesses go out of business within 5 years because they run into cash flow issues

• The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth of our QB Capital lending portfolio targeting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) audience

• By bringing a customer- and data-backed orientation to everything you build, you will design messaging and GTM motions that create demand and drive conversion

• Your mission is to develop the customer VOC and performance insights that power our campaigns, prove out the signals that drive SMBs to apply, and orchestrate execution across channels — including direct mail, ELM, in-product display, email, and sales — to generate high-quality leads, boost demand, and deliver QB Capital revenue

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of QB Capital direct mail campaigns, including audience segmentation, offer strategy, creative briefing, production, and deployment; maintain campaign calendar rhythms aligned to seasonal demand signals and Capital product cycles

• Serve as QB Capital PMM's embedded resource on the ELM squad, translating Capital positioning and GTM motions into channel-ready briefs for email, in-product display, and push notification execution

• Develop new customer testimonials and a library of substantiated performance claims — sourcing inputs from product, credit, and risk, and managing legal and compliance review through to approval

• Bring customer VOC and response data directly into program performance — identifying and proving out the behavioral and lifecycle signals that predict application intent and continuously sharpening targeting, messaging, and offer strategy

• Develop and test messaging hypotheses grounded in customer research and channel response data; synthesize A/B test results into actionable recommendations that feed the next campaign wave

• Orchestrate across direct mail, ELM, in-product, and sales channels to ensure a coordinated, insight-driven GTM playbook; partner with LCPO on campaign sequencing, audience suppression, and message continuity

• Collaborate with product and design to ensure channel executions are accurate, consistent, and aligned to QB Capital positioning; work with analytics to build shared measurement frameworks that track customer journey from first exposure through application

• Track competitor claims and messaging to identify whitespace and sharpen QB Capital's competitive positioning

• Provide regular, data-driven reporting to the P4 lead with actionable insights for strategic pivots and budget optimization

• Maintain working relationships with legal, compliance, credit, and risk to keep campaigns moving through review without sacrificing message integrity or timing

• Support ongoing operational rhythms — cross-functional reviews, intake triage, leadership reporting — and identify blockers requiring escalation
