Preferred Skill:
• Ratings & Reviews Program Management – Experience managing customer ratings/reviews and Apple App Store & Google Play ratings programs at scale, including technical workflows, QA, analytics, and cross-functional coordination (3-5+ years)

Job overview:
• We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Marketing Manager to own the operational engine of the Client and Client Ratings & Reviews program
• This role has expanded scope beyond the core Client DIY experience to encompass Activate Expert (AE) product reviews, app store and retail platform reviews, and Client ratings and reviews — making this a critical, high-visibility role across the Intuit consumer portfolio
• The ideal candidate is a master of complex project management, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and has a relentless focus on detail and quality assurance. You are a proactive problem-solver who takes extreme ownership to see projects through to completion in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Duties:
Strategy & Insights
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize the capture of authentic customer ratings and reviews across various touchpoints — spanning Client DIY, Activate Expert, and Client products
• Identify and implement best practices for displaying reviews to build customer trust and drive conversion across web, in-product, and retail surfaces

End-to-End Program Management
• Own the operational plan for the entire Ratings & Reviews program across Client Desktop, Client Online (DIY, DIWM, FS), Client BizTax, Local TTO, and Client, from initial request intake and requirements gathering to final implementation and reporting
• Lead the comprehensive "season readiness" program for all review-related content and functionality across key Client and CK web properties, including homepages, product pages, and SEO-focused content
• Develop and maintain all program documentation, including project scopes, timelines, process workflows, and stakeholder alignment records

Retail Platform Reviews
• Own the strategy and operational execution for Client ratings and retail platforms
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and CRM teams to implement in-app review prompts aligned with platform policies and optimized for response rate and quality
• Manage retail syndication partners — gather requirements, manage UPC and URL intake, and QA all partner-facing review displays

Technical & Systems Management
• Manage the technical workflow by creating, prioritizing, and tracking engineering tickets across Client Online, Client Business, Client Desktop, Local, and CK programs to ensure accurate and timely code implementation, bug fixes, and enhancements
• Lead all QA efforts for engineering and design changes, ensuring a bug-free and optimal customer experience across all platforms, including desktop and post-file experiences
• Partner with Analytics to maintain data integrity, QA dashboards (Tableau/Qlik), validate in-season reporting requests, and advise on continuous improvements across all product lines

Vendor & Partner Management
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with our key vendor, Bazaarvoice, managing bi-weekly cadences, translating vendor updates into technical requirements, and overseeing all platform configurations across Client Online, AE, and CK
• Manage the product catalogue strategy within the vendor platform, including schema updates, filter configuration, and annual switchover processes for all products
• Coordinate with retail syndication partners and app store platform contacts to manage review intake, display requirements, and ongoing QA

  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
