Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
• Independent contributor that builds web experiences in a Content Management System (CMS) using components or building in codeblocks with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Executes A/B and multivariate tests in our proprietary testing application during peak periods
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and the creative team to identify and execute the delivery of marketing content
• Cultivate and build relationships with internal partners and engineering teams
• Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure that all work is completed according to department standards
• Support the execution of quality control activities, such as the manual validation of content and A/B test setup through peer reviews
• Troubleshoot site issues and fix incorrect content data as needed
Skills:
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in front end development/web production/operations building web pages using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as engineering, marketing strategy and UX teams
• Experience developing and managing web pages using CMS, JavaScript and HTML
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions
• Flexible and agile with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations
• Experience interacting with stakeholders and design teams to manage components using built web pages
• Experience setting up A/B tests for multiple variants and ensuring traffic split between variant pages. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
