• 3+ years of experience in a studio marketing, promotions, or partnerships department
• Experience in advertising or promotion agencies with account management and/or sales
• Experience in International Marketing, preferably Partnerships
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and presentation design ability
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
• Creative, proactive, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
• Team player who collaborates and maintains strong internal/external relationships

Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Brand Partnership Marketing, the Assistant Manager supports the global, domestic and international development and execution of partnership marketing campaigns for Paramount Pictures’ theatrical releases. This role assists in managing day-to-day partner relationships, coordinating marketing deliverables, and ensuring all promotional elements align with the overall film campaign strategy. Job Duties
• Support end-to-end execution of theatrical film promotions with global, domestic and international partners across TV and broadcast, packaging, retail, digital, social, print, press, radio and field opportunities
• Create and manage partner timelines and review schedules and track deadlines for campaigns from beginning to end
• Review creative submissions from partners and international markets and acquire feedback and approvals from stakeholders and senior leadership to traffic back to external partners
• Ensure all external partners’ creative submissions are saved, organized, and updated within the department shared drive folders
• Organize and conduct standing status calls with confirmed partners to ensure deadlines are met and relationships are intact, and send in-depth call recaps for record keeping
• Review, vet, and manage all promotional partnership deal submissions and creative approvals from international markets
• Lead the development and approval process for merchandise and prize packages for motion picture titles
• Help facilitate fulfillment for partner’s prizing, sweepstakes, and movie ticket deliverables with vendors
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of team materials, including status reports, case studies, tracking documents, research projects, international directives, promotional guidelines, and other partnership-related resources
• Support the day-to-day management of promotional partnerships, including preparing meeting notes, recaps, wrap reports, and other documentation
• Maintain regular communication with local Paramount offices to ensure timely delivery of assets, feedback, and support from the Home Office
• Source and securely distribute film assets such as trailers, sizzles, logos, posters, stills, and key art to internal team and external partners
• Assist with tracking and maintaining purchase orders and budgets to support partnership campaigns and team projects
• Facilitate vendor onboarding and payments and process invoices
• Book corporate and advance screenings for partners and lead logistics
• Create materials for partner summits and execute the run of show; support management team by executing events and team initiatives
• Spearhead premiere invite lists, seating charts, and on-site organization before, during, and after the event for external partners and senior leadership, and support in executing sponsorship deliverables
• Manage warehouse inventory and distribution of partner products for meetings, events, and related needs
• Support cross-promotional efforts within the broader marketing department
• Assist with additional projects as assigned, such as roadshow preparation, logistics, cross-functional planning, and other initiatives

• Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills are essential
• Box experience is nice to have but not needed
• Candidate should be passionate, proactive, and excited to learn
• Fluency in foreign languages is a major plus
