Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Traffic Coordinator to support the planning, placement, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple media channels. This role partners closely with marketing, advertising, development, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate advertising projects from initiation through completion, ensuring seamless workflow and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, and development teams to facilitate effective ad placement
• Ensure advertisements are properly tailored to their media channels and target audiences
• Schedule and prioritize work across departments while tracking progress and deadlines
• Manage outgoing and incoming shipments, process invoices, and maintain program logs
• Coordinate with external vendors and platforms to secure appropriate ad placements
• Support web advertising placement, including basic HTML-related tasks as needed
• Collect, analyze, and reconcile campaign performance data
• Prepare reports and share insights with sales and creative teams to inform future campaigns - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
