Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or a related field, including internships and coordinator-level experience.
• Open to applicants who are more entry-level in their work, and looking to learn and grow in their skills. Looking for someone who is proactive and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns with media execution.
• Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brands.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.
Preferred Technical skills:
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities:
• They will be helping across brand and multi-title campaigns and initiatives and activation support.
• Ideally, they will help manage creation of go to markets, recap decks for campaigns, helping with campaign trafficking and execution, administration support for managing meeting notes and scheduling meetings.
• They will support individual parts of projects, they will not necessarily be owing projects end to end.
