Required Qualifications

• Experience in media, advertising, broadcast, cable, telecommunications, or a related operations environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.



Preferred Qualification

• Experience with media traffic or advertising systems.

• Previous experience with InnCreative.



We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Traffic Coordinator to support the execution of linear advertising campaigns. This role will help ensure client advertising copy is received, reviewed, organized, and accurately applied to campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the Execution team in processing advertising copy for linear client campaigns.

• Communicate with agencies and clients to obtain ad-copy instructions, creative assets, and placement information.

• Review advertising copy and confirm that required information and materials are complete and accurate.

• Organize and associate ad copy with the appropriate client library.

• Apply advertising copy to client campaigns using InnCreative.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency across campaign records and advertising materials.

• Manage multiple time-sensitive requests while meeting campaign deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve missing information or campaign issues.

• Perform other related advertising operations duties as needed.
