Job Description
***Only qualified Marketing Campaign Analyst (Unica/SQL) candidates located near Dallas, TX to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***



Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• Experience with IBM Campaign / Unica.

• Strong SQL skills.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Project management experience.

• Experience with Workfront.

• Ability to multi-task in a high-stress environment.

• Familiarity with AT&T products and the database.

• Experience with Adobe FAC / AJO / AEP (plus).



Role:

The Marketing Campaign Analyst will review and track market performance analytics and sales to cash cycle times using metrics, database, and opportunity tracking tools, as well as input from internal business partners, to analyze and optimize market performance and accelerate revenue realization.



Responsibilities:

1) Research and interpret marketing and product performance analytics to develop key insights and recommendations to improve market share growth and accelerate revenue realization.

2) Compile information and analyze quantitative, qualitative data, and other business intelligence data.

3) Utilize marketing analytics tools and information databases.

4) Execute data processing, analyze data, and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

5) Create dashboards, scorecards, and canned reports to support key business initiatives.

6) Works as team lead for data collection and collaboration with internal business partners and liaisons with other organizations to deliver findings/results.

7) Ability to document processes and findings. 8) May at times be required to serve as a project lead.
