Job Description
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, or equivalent work
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or campaign operations
• SAS and/or SQL programming skills and strong technical aptitude
• Database marketing/campaign development experience
• Strong attention to detail, as well as communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of SAS coding experience
• Cloud-based tools (Azure, Python, Synapse, Databricks) experience a plus
• Business Banking Marketing Campaign experience preferred
• Experience extracting data from multiple source systems and relational databases
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
• Financial Services experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Basic project management experience, ability to lead projects from inception to completion
• Adobe Workfront Management Platform experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Interpret business needs into campaign data requirements
• Build and execute marketing campaigns start to finish using SAS and/or other tools
• Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected results and campaign requirements are met
• Engage with the internal business marketing and product teams to execute key initiatives
• Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and external end users.
Job Summary:
Database Marketing Campaign Analyst contractor to play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Business Banking. The candidate is responsible for campaign management by gathering campaign requirements, data discovery, and building campaigns using SAS and other tools. The role requires collaboration across various internal and external partners.
