Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.



Required Skills:

• Five plus years’ experience of analytics or campaign operations

• SAS and/or SQL programming skills and strong technical aptitude

• Database marketing/campaign development experience

• Strong attention to detail, as well as communication and collaboration skills.



Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics or related field

• 5+ years of SAS coding experience

• 3+ years of Cloud based tool experience (Azure, Python, Synapse, Databricks)

• Business Banking Marketing Campaign experience preferred

• Experience extracting data from multiple source systems and relational databases

• Analytic and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail

• Financial Services experience preferred

• Ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

• Basic project management experience, ability to lead project from inception to completion

• Adobe Workfront Management Platform experience



Our client is seeking a Database Marketing Campaign Analyst to play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Business Banking. The candidate is responsible for campaign management by gathering campaign requirements, data discovery, building campaigns using SAS and other tools. The role requires collaboration across various internal and external partners. Must be able to work independently with strong analytic, communication, and project management skills.



Responsibilities:

• Interpret business needs into campaign data requirements

• Build and execute marketing campaigns start to finish using SAS and/or other tools

• Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected result and campaign requirements are met

• Engage with the internal business marketing and product teams to execute key initiatives

• Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and external end users
