Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Program Support Specialist to support its Commercial Demand Side Management (DSM) programs across five jurisdictions. This role plays a key part in helping customers participate in energy efficiency rebate programs by ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and coordination across internal teams.
The position is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in the utility industry, energy efficiency programs, and customer-facing operational support.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Support commercial DSM programs across multiple jurisdictions
• Review and process rebate requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Route approved rebate submissions to the appropriate processing teams
• Update and maintain marketing and program materials
• Manage assigned tasks within Salesforce, including tracking, updates, and workflow follow-up
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to collect missing documentation (invoices, forms, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to program inboxes
• Participate in weekly product/program team meetings to identify priorities and execution plans
• Support both internal stakeholders and external customers

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Entry-level candidates or recent graduates welcome
• Some relevant internship or early professional experience preferred
• Open to candidates with foundational education and strong communication skills
• Utility or energy sector exposure is a plus but not required
