Required Education:

Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Basic mechanical or electrical experience

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with tools, equipment, or production processes



Assembly Technician Overview:

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling various units and performing oil filling operations in accordance with defined procedures and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to instructions, and a willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment. Training and documentation will be provided to support successful onboarding and performance. Opportunities for advancement may be available for motivated individuals.



Job Duties:

• Assemble components and units according to provided instructions and specifications

• Perform oil filling operations as required for assembled units

• Follow documented procedures and training guidelines to ensure quality and consistency

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and proper functionality

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

• Support team members and collaborate to meet production goals

• Learn and apply new processes, tools, and operational procedures

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
