Required Qualification
• 1–3+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, electronics, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with precision assembly of small or complex products where quality and attention to detail are critical.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment with strict gowning, hygiene, contamination-control, and personal-item requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures in a regulated production environment.
• Experience assembling products where defects, contamination, or assembly errors can directly impact product quality, safety, or performance.
• Proven ability to maintain consistent production quality while working in a repetitive, high-attention-to-detail manufacturing environment.
We are seeking a Production Technician to support the assembly of life-saving medical devices in a controlled, cleanroom-type manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate who enjoys hands-on production work and is comfortable learning new processes. Training will be provided, but strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential.
Responsibilities
• Assemble life-saving medical devices according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Perform production activities in a cleanroom-type controlled manufacturing environment.
• Follow quality, safety, cleanliness, and contamination-control procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Learn and consistently follow manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Support production goals while maintaining required quality standards.
Cleanroom & Manufacturing Requirements
Due to the controlled manufacturing environment, employees must follow strict personal hygiene and attire requirements, including:
• No makeup, cosmetics, lip balm, perfume, cologne, scented body lotions, sprays, or unauthorized topical products on exposed skin.
• No nail polish or artificial nails.
• No dangling jewelry outside of the enclosed smock, including bracelets and necklaces.
• Earrings extending beyond the earlobe must be covered by the required bonnet, hair cover, or hood.
• Bare legs must remain covered at all times in manufacturing areas.
• Personal grooming is not permitted in manufacturing areas.
• Open-toed shoes are not permitted in manufacturing areas. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
